Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Infor M3 ERP / Infor CloudSuite Developer to lead the design, development, integration, and support of business-critical solutions within the Infor M3 ERP and Infor CloudSuite environment. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, functional analysts, and IT leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in M3 development, strong experience with Infor Cloud technologies, and the ability to mentor junior developers while driving best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain custom solutions within Infor M3 and Infor CloudSuite Develop and support M3 extensions, APIs, ION integrations, and MEC/BOD-based workflows Create and maintain H5 SDK applications, Experience Designer applications, and Infor OS components Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Lead system upgrades, cloud migrations, and performance optimization initiatives Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across cloud and on-prem components Ensure solutions adhere to Infor best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on projects Maintain technical documentation and development standards Coordinate with vendors and Infor support as needed We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
