Job Description Software Engineer:

Collaborate directly with the clients to understand clients' needs, gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with operational goals. Design and develop frontend and backend enhancements for the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Design and develop new applications using modern web technologies. Design and optimize database logic to ensure data integrity and efficient business workflows. Modify software systems to correct errors, adapt to new hardware requirements, and improve performance metrics. Develop, test, and validate both new and existing software by creating and executing comprehensive testing routines to ensure software reliability, scalability, and compliance with enterprise standards. Monitor software performance to ensure operational stability and uninterrupted uptime for business-critical systems, proactively identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Provide post-release product support and troubleshooting for the application. Document technical requirements and specifications. Telecommuting is permissible.
