Job Description

The Garner Underground, Inc. (GUI) is a product design team focused on HVAC and outdoor airflow measurement, indoor air quality, and demand control ventilation. Our solutions help HVAC system designers meet ASHRAE compliance standards, while improving the indoor environment. Through our sister companies of Ebtron and Greentrol, our products can be found installed in small commercial spaces, healthcare facilities, clean rooms, to large industrial/commercial complexes and skyscrapers spanning the globe. As a GUI junior developer, you will work with a collaborative team under guidance of senior engineer to develop and maintain software for product testing as well as update and evaluate existing manufacturing software applications.
Your Role:
As a Junior Developer, you will work with a design team committed to providing our customers with complete engineered solutions in a fast-paced environment. Develop and maintain C#, Java and Excel desktop applications used primarily in product testing and manufacturing. Work alongside engineers to design, build, and test solutions for commercial viability.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C#, C++, Java, SQL, VBA, Python) Understanding of object-oriented programming principles Ability to troubleshoot and debug C#, Java, and Excel VBA applications. Ability to work well on your own and together with a team of cross-functional engineers. Balance multiple responsibilities. Strong problem-solving skills. Office located in Loris, SC
  • This is a full-time onsite position with no remote component
  • Only candidates with existing, unrestricted U.
