Equity markets have been closed nights and weekends for a century; we're building the infrastructure that changes that. As a Senior Software Engineer , you will design and build the core systems that issue, custody, and settle tokenized equities on-chain and keep them in sync with traditional brokerage and ledger systems. You'll lead technically complex projects end to end, make architectural decisions on a foundational Robinhood initiative, and work in a domain where correctness is non-negotiable

This role are based in either our Menlo Park, Toronto or New York city offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. What you'll do Design, build, and operate the backend services that mint, custody, and settle tokenized equities across leading blockchains, with correctness and auditability as hard requirements Own large, technically complex projects end to end

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
