A key component is working with the Drools Rule Engine to design and manage business rules, decision tables, and rule flows. The candidate should also be comfortable with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, enabling full-stack development capabilities. Experience in working with REST APIs, JSON, and integrating external services is essential for building scalable and interconnected systems. In addition to core skills, the role benefits from experience with databases like Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, along with working knowledge of Hibernate/JPA. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tools such as Maven or Gradle, as well as tools like Git and Jira within Agile/Scrum environments, is important. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is an added advantage. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications, implementing business logic using Drools, and building secure microservices.
