Tibco BWCE Developer

Job Summary The Tibco BWCE Developer will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of B2B and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions using TIBCO software products. This senior-level role requires deep expertise in TIBCO architecture, configuration, and administration across various platforms. The position also involves participating in enterprise-wide technology adoption initiatives, mentoring peers, supporting best practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of integration solutions. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to plan and execute projects effectively are essential. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using TIBCO products such as BusinessWorks, InConcert, IntegrationManager, Enterprise Message Service, Rendezvous, Designer, Adapters and Repository, and HAWK. Administer, configure, and optimize TIBCO products across different platforms. Contribute to enterprise adoption of TIBCO technologies by leading solution implementation, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and training. Document guidelines, best practices, and lessons learned to support consistent implementation across teams. Participate in architecture reviews and code inspection sessions to ensure high-quality design and development standards. Support the full web development lifecycle and apply database knowledge, including SQL, in integration workflows. Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication. Required Qualifications Extensive experience with TIBCO software products including BusinessWorks, InConcert, IntegrationManager, EMS, Rendezvous, Designer, Adapters, Repository, and HAWK. Strong understanding of TIBCO architecture and implementation methodologies. Ability to administer, configure, and troubleshoot TIBCO products across platforms. Experience with web development lifecycles and database concepts, including SQL. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, share knowledge, and collaborate across teams. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to plan, prioritize, estimate, and deliver projects on schedule.
