Software Developers needed to gather requirements, conduct development and design, and provide software solutions. Conduct development, implementation, customizations, enhancements, modifications, and improvements. Conduct unit Testing, QA Support, and UAT Support. Prepare functional and technical documentation, Change Management process, and User/Business training sessions for Solutions. Conduct production implementation, Production support, Issue resolution and Interface & Program monitoring. Work on enterprise security best practices and procedures, and advise clients on their use. Enhance core applications to comply with the business process/workflows to meet requirements. Develop On-Demand Applications and Solutions to meet Business Requirements. Define Access Models, create application roles and groups to manage security requirements at application levels. Develop business processes using Advanced Workflow functionality.
