Job Overview Hit Haven is looking for a passionate, energetic, and results-driven Baseball/Softball Hitting Instructor to join our team. The Hitting Instructor will work with athletes ranging from 8 years old through professional players, helping them improve their hitting performance and become Game Ready . The ideal candidate understands the game of baseball and/or softball, has strong communication skills, enjoys working with athletes, and is committed to helping players achieve measurable results. Responsibilities Evaluating and developing players' hitting mechanics Reviewing game video and identifying areas for improvement Using hitting metrics and technology to track player performance Planning and conducting individual and small-group hitting lessons Teaching proper swing mechanics and approach Creating individualized development plans based on each player's needs Helping players transfer practice improvements into game performance Building player confidence through measurable results Communicating effectively with players and parents Maintaining a positive, energetic, and professional training environment Strong communication skills to clearly convey technical instructions and motivate athletes. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 45.0 per week
