Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React & .NET Core)#26-08537 Pennington, NJ Plano, TX Hybrid Contract Starts 8/25/2026 Ends 8/25/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for a 12+ month contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ and Plano, TX. This role is for a high-caliber, results-driven engineer to join a core engineering team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, building, and scaling high-performance enterprise applications from the database to the user interface. We are seeking a strong, autonomous engineer who architects scalable solutions, champions best practices, and elevates the team's technical capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using React on the front end and ASP.NET Core on the back end Build responsive, high-performance, and reusable UIponents and libraries using React, TypeScript, Redux/Context API, HTML5, and CSS3 Architect and optimize secure RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side logic using C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework Core Design schema structures, writeplex queries, and optimize performance using MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases Conduct rigorous code reviews, enforce unit and integration testing standards (xUnit, Jest, Cypress), and maintain clean, well-documented code Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and DevOps engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment to ship features seamlessly Troubleshoot production bottlenecks, optimize application speed, memory usage, and cross-browserpatibility

Requirements:

5+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of deliveringplex web-scale applications using React and .NET Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js core principles Deep experience with state management libraries (Redux Toolkit, Zustand) and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6/7/8, and ASP.NET Web API Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), asynchronous programming, and architectural patterns (Clean Architecture, DDD, MVC) Proficiency with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (Entity Framework Core) Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Jira, and modern IDEs (Visual Studio, VS Code) Desired skills: Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Pay rate: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
