ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES

The DevOps Integration Engineer - Submarine Combat Systems, will be responsible for integration of software components into the Linux-based Common Computing Environment (CCE) PaaS. The candidate will also be responsible for improving the software build process along with setup and configuration of hardware/software test environments. Essential Capabilities (Required): Skilled in integrating containerized software applications in Kubernetes or another container runtime such as Docker Swarm. Skilled in development of bash and python scripts to automate installation, test, and monitoring of software components Advanced troubleshooting techniques for isolation of software problems

Desired Capabilities:

Experience with Ansible infrastructure-as-code. Experience with Linux and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). Red Hat System Administrator/Engineer certification.
