We're hiring an Internal Applications Developer to build and maintain internal and customer-facing software tools that support operations across our Automotive and RV dealership group. This is a new position where you'll work directly with ownership, taking on well-defined projects (websites, CRM tools and customizations, customer-facing website widgets, data reporting tools, internal dashboards, automation between systems, integrations across our dealer sites, etc.) and building them independently from start to finish. This role relies heavily on AI-assisted development (Claude) to accelerate the build process. We're less focused on years of traditional coding experience and more focused on your ability to think through problems, work independently, and use modern AI development tools effectively to ship working solutions. What You'll Do Take on projects assigned by ownership, with clear scope and expectations, and build them independently Turn ownership's ideas into working software, from customer-facing tools to internal systems Use Claude and other AI-assisted development tools to design, build, test, and troubleshoot both customer-facing and internal software Communicate progress, blockers, and technical tradeoffs clearly to ownership in plain language Maintain and improve tools after launch based on feedback

What We're Looking For Required:

hands-on experience using Claude specifically to develop applications , along with examples of that work (personal projects, freelance work, coursework, or professional projects are all acceptable)

Required:

a portfolio, GitHub, or other work samples demonstrating applications you've built, including at least one built with Claude's help Strong problem-solving skills and comfort breaking down a business need into a working technical solution Experience building things independently through a bootcamp, coursework, personal projects, freelance work, or similar Basic understanding of databases/SQL, APIs, and general programming logic Strong written and verbal communication Comfortable working on-site and handling sensitive business and customer data responsibly What matters most to us: how you think through problems and how effectively you use tools like Claude to build real solutions - not where you went to school or how many years you've been coding. A candidate with a strong portfolio and no CS degree is just as competitive here as one with a traditional background. Pay:

$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
