Job Description

This position supports the development, testing, improvement, and implementation of products and solutions. This role works closely with engineering, sales, production, and customers to evaluate product performance, develop prototypes, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with bringing new products and enhancements to market. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and experience in life-cycle of products. Product Development & Testing Assist in the design, development, and evaluation of new products and product enhancements. Build, modify, and test prototypes and sample products. Conduct performance testing and validation of products and components. Document test procedures, results, and recommendations. Support root cause analysis of product failures and quality concerns. Technical Support Provide technical expertise to internal teams, including sales, engineering, and production. Assist with troubleshooting customer application and installation issues. Support product launches by developing technical documentation and training materials. Serve as a technical resource for customer inquiries and product demonstrations. Sales & Customer Collaboration Work with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend technical solutions. Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and product presentations as needed. Gather customer feedback and translate market requirements into product improvement opportunities. Evaluate competitive products and industry trends. Manufacturing Support Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturability and product quality. Assist in developing assembly procedures, work instructions, and testing standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to products and processes. Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer expectations. Documentation & Compliance Maintain product development records and test documentation. Assist with engineering change processes and product revisions. Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations.
