What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams and technical leaders. Drive Agile transformation, CI/CD, automation, and AI-assisted development. Improve engineering productivity, quality, reliability, and delivery. Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Establish strong practices around observability, monitoring, and operational excellence. What We're Looking For 3+ years of software engineering leadership experience. Proven experience leading and scaling Agile engineering organizations. Strong knowledge of modern software development, cloud, APIs, web, and mobile technologies. Experience with AI-assisted engineering, CI/CD, automation, and production systems. Strong people-management skills, including coaching, performance management, and team development. Mobile or frontend engineering background strongly preferred.
