Job Description
## Standard Job Description Manages software development activities. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the design, development, documentation, and testing of software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems or questions in computer language for solutions by means of data processing equipment. Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle. Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter to be programmed in business/mission applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software. Ensures software standards are met.
- Role Overview
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team delivering, integrating, and supporting ERP solutions for production operations. Ensure technical excellence, cross‑portfolio integration, and that staff have the tools and guidance needed to meet business goals.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage Associate Manager and architectural teams; conduct performance reviews and career development.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of ERP enhancements, customizations, and integrations (SAP, Twenty5, etc.).
- Align architectures with enterprise standards; enforce coding, security, and compliance best practices.
- Coordinate cross‑portfolio technical integration across manufacturing, supply‑chain, PLM and finance systems.
- Plan resources, prioritize work, and secure training/tools for the team.
- Partner with business leads to translate requirements into technical solutions; report status and risks to senior leadership.
- Promote agile, DevOps, and automation to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
