Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated engineer to support audit vehicle monitoring activitiesand develop automated testing solutions for connected vehicle services. The ideal candidatewill have hands-on software development experience, a strong understanding of CCS(Connected Car Services), and knowledge of QA processes, system monitoring, serverinfrastructure, and networking. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve testing efficiency, vehicle readiness tracking, and overall service quality. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain tools for audit vehicle monitoring, validation tracking, and reporting. Design and implement automated test frameworks and utilities for connected vehicle services. Monitor vehicle, server, and service health to identify potential issues before audits and test events. Analyze logs, telemetry data, and system behavior to support root cause analysis and issue resolution. Collaborate with QA, development, and operations teams to improve testing rocesses and automation coverage. Create dashboards, monitoring solutions, and operational reports to increase visibility into service quality. Support audit preparation activities and ensure vehicle readiness for testing and validation events. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of software development experience using Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar technologies. Strong understanding of CCS (Connected Car Services) architecture, workflows, and provisioning concepts. Experience developing automation tools, test frameworks, or monitoring solutions. Sound understanding of QA methodologies, software testing life cycles, and defect management processes. Ability to analyze system logs and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of server infrastructure, cloud environments, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, APIs). Experience with monitoring and observability platforms. Experience working with REST APIs, databases, and distributed systems. Understanding of vehicle telematics, connected vehicle platforms, or mobility services. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration. Knowledge of Linux environments and scripting.
