This short-term opportunity is ideal for individuals who are organized, professional, and comfortable working in a structured testing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, secure, and positive test-day experience for students taking one of the most important exams of their academic journey. About the SAT The SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) is a standardized exam administered by the College Board to assess college readiness. It evaluates critical skills in mathematics, reading, and writing and is widely used in college admissions and scholarship decisions nationwide. Project Overview This assignment involves training and on-site operational support for live SAT exam administration. Our goal is to deliver seamless execution, strict compliance with College Board protocols, and an excellent candidate experience. Key Objectives Support smooth test-day operations, including candidate check-in, monitoring, and basic technical assistance Ensure full compliance with SAT testing standards and procedures Address and resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally Roles & Responsibilities Depending on assignment, staff may serve in one of the following roles: Proctor Supervise test rooms and candidates Ensure adherence to SAT protocols Oversee room monitors and manage in-room incidents Room Monitor Assist with candidate check-in Monitor testing rooms and support proctors Hall Monitor Guide candidates to assigned rooms Monitor hallways and common areas during breaks and dismissal Tech Support Troubleshoot minor technical issues (e.g., browser errors, connectivity) Assist candidates with digital testing platforms Crowd Control Manage candidate and parent flow at reception areas Maintain order during check-in and seating
