• SAIC is seeking a skilled and motivated
• Senior Integration Engineer
• to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in verifying, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging software used to control and monitor Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs). Your work will involve both front-end and back-end service activities, in addition to supporting both development and operational environments.
• The position will require up to 10% of travel for onsite installation or field support activities.
• This is a Hybrid/Remote role in San Diego, CA and requires onsite support 3-4 days per week. Must be local to the area.
• JOB DUTIES
• + Collaborate with internal and external teams to debug, troubleshoot, and verify the software product's functional capabilities.

+ Develop and maintain automated test suites using Python and Selenium to ensure software integrity.

+ Design and develop simulation programs using Python to validate software performance and functionality.

+ Deploy and manage service containers using Docker on RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) systems.

+ Automate processes and tooling using Bash scripting.

+ Create and maintain robust software documentation for installation, operations, and troubleshooting activities.

+ Participate in hands-on integration and testing, both remotely and on-site, to diagnose incidents and perform root cause analysis.

• Qualifications
• REQUIREMENTS
• : + AA Degree in related discipline and six (6) years related experience; Or, High School and eight (8) years related experience with relevant certification. + Must be a U.S. Citizen. + Must have an Active Secret Clearance to start. + A minimum of 1 year of experience testing software or in related technical roles. +

Target salary range:

$80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
