We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional for a contract engagement in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with an expected duration of six months or longer. This role focuses on software testing and quality validation in a modern development environment. Responsibilities Execute and maintain automated testing across software applications and integrations Perform API testing and validate integration points between systems Manage and track defects through their complete lifecycle Collaborate with development and product teams within Agile workflows Apply quality assurance best practices to improve testing processes and coverage Leverage AI-based productivity solutions and large language model technologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications Required 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, or related testing disciplines Hands-on experience with automated testing tools Demonstrated experience with API testing practices and integration validation Familiarity with CI/CD processes and modern software delivery environments Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices Understanding of defect lifecycle management Experience working within Agile development frameworks Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Experience utilizing AI-based productivity solutions and large language model (LLM) technologies to improve software testing processes
