You will work directly with company leadership to identify business needs, develop practical AI solutions, and integrate them with Zoho applications, forms, and workflows across departments. Only applicants who currently reside in South Florida will be considered. Zoho experience is highly preferred but not required. Candidates without Zoho experience must be willing to learn and become proficient in the applications the company uses. Responsibilities Review business processes and identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency. Implement AI solutions for business processes, customer communication, document preparation and processing, reporting, data analysis, and internal knowledge management. Create and improve Zoho forms, applications, workflows, reports, and integrations across the company's modules. Connect Zoho with AI platforms and other business systems using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools. Automate data entry, follow-ups, notifications, approvals, and information sharing between departments. Evaluate AI tools and recommend solutions based on business value, cost, reliability, and ease of use. Test, troubleshoot, document, and maintain automations. Protect company and customer information and establish appropriate human review of AI outputs. Train employees to use AI tools and automated workflows effectively. Learn additional Zoho applications and features as business needs develop. Required Qualifications Extensive experience integrating AI tools into business systems and daily operations. Ability to identify and implement AI solutions for a range of business processes and operational needs. Practical experience building business automations and connecting software applications. Familiarity with AI platforms, APIs, and automation tools such as Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make, n8n, or comparable solutions. Ability to translate a business need into a practical, reliable solution. Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and apply appropriate human review and data protection. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage projects from initial assessment through implementation and ongoing support. Willingness to learn Zoho and become proficient in the applications the company uses. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Zoho applications such as CRM, Creator, Forms, Books, Desk, Projects, FSM, Projects, or Flow. Familiarity with Zoho Deluge scripting. Experience with webhooks, data mapping, and integrations between multiple systems. Working knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or another relevant scripting language. Experience automating sales, customer service, finance, or administrative processes.
