Posted 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary Provide test engineering support for production integrated product teams by developing test processes, procedures, troubleshooting methods, and corrective actions for electronic assemblies and circuit card assemblies. The role focuses on CCA testing, fixture design, production test support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of automated test processes. Requirements Job Details- Manufacturing

- Must be a U.S. Citizen Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience in CCA test and circuit troubleshooting, and 9+ years of work-related experience
- Ability to review Power, RF, Digital, and Analog test documents, including schematics, parts lists, drawings, and test requirements, to determine a method for testing a given device, then develop the detailed test procedure
- Ability to design and troubleshoot test fixtures to interface between the tester and the product
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
- Experience with multiple industry automated tester platforms, National Instruments, Autotest, NHR, etc.
- 5+ years experience with design and test of CCAs in multiple technologies (i.e., digital, analog, power, RF)
- Software development experience, multiple test-related languages.
- 3 to 5 years of detailed CCA test and troubleshooting experience
- Preferred Demonstrated experience with automated testers, specifically Teradyne Spectrum 9100. L321, Autotest, National Instruments, and National Research Job Duties & Functions
- Provide test engineering support to production program integrated product teams
- Define test process plans, identifying the sequence of required test steps
- Define required tools, instruments, fixtures, software, hardware, interfaces, and test chambers required to execute test process plans
- Develop tests and generate detailed test procedures, including narrative, diagrams, and photographs
- Generate detailed troubleshooting guides to support root cause analysis of test failures
- Analyze test defect data and trends to define and implement corrective actions
- Support change management activities for production programs
- Provide day-to-day test engineering support to production work cells
- Resolve technician questions and investigate test and product performance problems
- Improve test procedures, tooling, fixturing, hardware, and software to optimize test processes
- Design and troubleshoot test fixtures interfacing between testers and products
