Position OverviewGertens Family of Businesses is seeking a Business Applications & Automation Developer to build and support applications, workflows, and reporting solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, with a focus on Power Platform and Power BI.This is a hands-on role combining development, analytics, and IT support, ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems with technology.

What Youll DoDevelop and support business applications and automation workflows (Power Apps, Power Automate)Build dashboards, reports, and data models in Power BIWrite and optimize DAX calculations and Power Query transformationsIntegrate data from multiple sources (Dataverse, SQL/MySQL, APIs)Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsTroubleshoot application and reporting issuesProvide help desk support (software, hardware, POS, connectivity)Assist with workstation setup, deployment, and asset managementParticipate in on-call IT support rotation

What You BringRequired:

Associates degree or equivalent experienceExperience with Power Platform and/or Power BIBasic understanding of data modeling and reportingFamiliarity with Microsoft 365Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred:
