Opens a new window. Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed, traceable, and peer-reviewed test cases and plans. Utilize structured methodologies such as Model-Based Testing to optimize test generation efficiency and coverage. Define clear testing criteria including scope, parameters, and boundaries, working closely with development and product teams. Participate actively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, ensuring that client-specific scenarios are validated thoroughly. Automation Framework Development and Execution Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools such as VB macros and GUI automation frameworks that integrate seamlessly with the test life cycle process. Continuously enhance automation coverage and efficiency to reduce manual testing effort and accelerate release cycles. Monitor test execution, identify defects, and coordinate timely defect reporting and retesting cycles to maintain high product quality. Produce comprehensive test reports and dashboards delivering meaningful insights to stakeholders at every testing cycle. Customer Engagement and Status Reporting Proactive Customer Communication Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication with customers regarding testing status, defect tracking, and issue resolution through emails, calls, and other communication channels. Maintain up-to-date status reports, weekly status reports (WSRs), test execution results, and dashboards within the test management system ensuring transparency and accuracy. Log and update accurate effort and progress data in project management tools such as eCube and TMS. Respond promptly to customer requests or escalations, striving for zero complaints and fostering trust.
