As a Quality Assurance Consultant III, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the Technology and Business teams. What's the Job? Lead and coordinate large-scale testing efforts across multiple projects and systems within the Commercial Credit Technology domain. Develop detailed test plans, execute test scripts, and manage defect tracking to ensure high-quality product delivery. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), end-to-end testing, and impact analysis on features and stories. Coordinate testing activities with stakeholders, manage test environments, and create comprehensive test metrics and reports. Provide guidance and mentorship to mid-level and junior testing team members, supporting continuous improvement in testing processes. What's Needed? 5-7 years of Test Lead experience in a structured testing environment. 5-8 years of hands-on experience in manual and automated testing within the banking domain, supporting Commercial Credit. Proficiency with test automation tools such as Tosca, Cucumber, or Selenium. Experience with version control tools like Bitbucket, SVN, or Perforce.
