Job Description

Quality Assurance Engineer USA | Full-Time (40) Responsibilities Test software solutions against documented requirements and specifications. Write repeatable automation tests based on manual test cases/scenarios. Automate software testing processes and conduct software performance analysis. Conduct white-box testing, black-box testing, end-to-end testing, integration testing, and regression testing. Document all test cases and scenarios; document software bugs in a ticket tracking system. Identify risks and constraints, contingency plans and test deliverables. Provide detailed testing and analysis of software application problems and issues; troubleshoot and resolve issues in concert with application, web, database, and content teams as necessary. Participate in the software development lifecycle process, including with end users, product owners, and cross-discipline teams. Participate in software architecture working groups as needed, including coverage of strategic topics such as cloud migration and secure coding and development infrastructure. May oversee or mentor junior team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 4-7 years of relevant professional experience Documented experience with automated testing software packages. Experience with integration of QA testing into continuous integration/continuous delivery code deployment systems. Prior experience with on-site government agency support preferred Ability to pass a National Agency Check (NACI) and maintain it throughout the duration of employment.
