About the Role We're looking for an Automation & AI Support Specialist to help our team build simple, repeatable automations using Claude — starting with tasks like Amazon listing updates, data pulls, and basic reporting. This is a great entry point for someone who's curious about AI tools and wants hands-on experience automating real business workflows, without needing a computer science degree or years of coding experience. You'll work closely with our operations team, learning our systems and gradually taking on more automation projects as you build skills and trust. What You'll Do Assist in building simple automations using Claude (API and Claude Code) for repetitive marketplace tasks Write basic Python scripts to pull, clean, or move data between systems (Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, spreadsheets) Test automations, check outputs for errors, and flag anything that looks off Document what you build in simple language so the team can follow along Support senior team members on larger automation projects and learn as you go

What We're Looking For Required:

Basic Python knowledge (from school, a bootcamp, or self-taught projects — doesn't need to be professional experience) Curiosity about AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude, and some hands-on tinkering with them Comfortable learning new tools and asking questions Organized and detail-oriented Based in or willing to relocate to Las Vegas/Henderson, NV Nice to have: Any coursework or projects involving APIs or automation Interest in e-commerce or online marketplaces No professional experience required. This is designed as a true entry point into AI/automation work.
