This role requires strong Agile experience and the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed QA teams. Key Responsibilities Review and assess current manual QA processes supporting a large‑scale application or platform. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within existing QA workflows. Help define and implement improved QA standards, best practices, and documentation. Work closely with onshore and offshore QA team members to ensure consistency and alignment. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, ensuring QA practices align with Agile methodologies. Support ongoing quality initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including development and product stakeholders. Required Qualifications Strong background in manual QA within Agile environments. Solid understanding of Agile best practices and QA's role within Agile delivery teams. Proven ability to work effectively with distributed (onshore and offshore) teams . Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Experience reviewing, refining, and standardizing QA processes. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of UFT (Unified Functional Testing) for potential future automation initiatives. Exposure to or interest in evolving manual testing efforts toward automation over time.
