- Hands-on experience testing Health and Human Services (HHS) systems, with a strong focus on Integrated Eligibility (IE) rules testing across public assistance programs, including Cash Assistance (TANF) and Food Assistance (SNAP). Prior experience with Benefits issuance and eligibility determinations.
- Demonstrated ability to review and interpret functional specifications, system requirements, and other design documentation.
- Proficient across testing phases, including test planning, execution, and closure, and experienced in multiple testing types such as integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Demonstrated experience testing batch processes including benefit issuance, interfaces (flat files and SOAP UI), data conversion, reports, notices, and security roles.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for test case creation, test execution, defect creation, and requirement traceability.
