Job Summary:
Join an innovative in-house Technology team that is at the forefront of developing consumer-facing, cutting-edge technologies that are transforming the hospitality industry on a global scale. As a member of the Enterprise Quality Assurance Center, reporting to the Senior Manager of Quality Engineering, you will bring your technical expertise to an award-winning organization where quality, collaboration, and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. In this hybrid role, you will play a critical part in supporting core distribution systems and customer-facing applications by driving QA and automation initiatives that ensure the highest standards of product quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
Create, review, and maintain test cases and acceptance criteria to validate business requirements and ensure complete test coverage Ensure that features, including web applications and APIs developed by the team, are thoroughly tested Blend automated and manual testing strategies to cover system functionality without compromising quality Design and develop automation test scripts to support efficient and scalable testing efforts Perform detailed manual test execution across functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure end-to-end product quality Document defect information and collaborate with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to prioritize identified issues Stay current with industry best practices in coding and testing methodologies Participate in Scrum ceremonies to provide meaningful feedback and contribute to continuous improvement Work with the project team to achieve high-quality levels and automation standards across products Collaborate with the architecture team to gather and align on QA requirements Report daily status updates to the manager to maintain transparency and accountability Coordinate with supporting teams to facilitate UAT testing and assist consumers with new feature implementations Take ownership of web UI applications and backend Web Services and REST APIs architecture testing Manage and maintain the automation of regression test suites Perform application validation and report bugs identified through testing tools Ensure compliance with established quality processes and standards
Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Proven ability to communicate updates, issues, and resolutions clearly and effectively Experience utilizing team collaboration to develop and implement innovative solutions Ability to blend manual and automated testing approaches to maximize test coverage Familiarity with web application and
REST API
testing methodologies Knowledge of Scrum and Agile development practices Ability to design and maintain automated test scripts for regression and functional testing Experience working with large-scale enterprise software environments is a plus Familiarity with the hospitality domain is a plus
Experience:
3+ years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field Exposure to large-scale enterprise software products is preferred Experience in the hospitality domain is preferred This role is hybrid and requires proximity to our Memphis, TN Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% Bachelor's Degree preferred, or an Associate's Degree with 6 or more years of Technology-related experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 12 or more years of Technology-related experience This is a truly exciting opportunity to be part of a world-renowned organization that is redefining the hospitality experience through technology.
