The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehousing environment, preferably involving work with medium to high-volume products. The TPM will work with highly visible stakeholders, both strategic and tactical, within the aspects of distribution, transportation & packaging development to support a robust quality organization and directly mitigate all risks to the value stream. This individual will need to be a problem-solver at their core, have a strong quality & customer-focused mindset, and have the personal drive and stamina for relentless, continual improvement. This position will require a person who can identify issues before they become a risk within distribution, transportation & packaging development processes, translate those into appropriate project plans for issue resolution, and execute successfully against those plans. What You'll Do Own quality data gathering, creating reports & reporting with various vendors; ensure data is measured meticulously and cost is attributed accurately - develop metrics to maintain accountability with supplier packaging & logistics partners Manage packaging compliance with internal, and external suppliers, distribution & returns. Collaborating with the distribution support teams, packaging engineering, logistics, GSM & chargeback team Drive & deliver packaging improvements based on quality data (internal, external suppliers, distribution & returns) Supply chain life cycle packaging requirement standardization from supplier to distribution to service for selected commodities Develop & advocate logistics quality compliance standards, working with Service Logistics GSM, and Chargeback team Support quality reliability & root cause analysis efforts using internal data reports collected from external and internal customers (including supplier site visits) What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience 2+ years related experience in quality assurance, or project management in a supply chain or manufacturing company Technical degree in computer science, information systems technology, and software engineering Data-oriented with Analytics background, Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, SQL Has some experience in
