Job Description

A nonprofit research organization that develops testing and workforce assessment solutions for government and military clients is looking to hire an Automation QA Engineer to join their development team in Alexandria, Virginia. This full-time role will focus on building and maintaining automated test frameworks for DoD computerized testing systems using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Eclipse IDE, while integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and modern cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. This company is looking for a hands-on Automation QA Engineer who enjoys building automation solutions and improving software quality through tools like Java and Selenium WebDriver. This is a great chance to work on mission-critical testing systems that support U.S. military and government programs, while helping modernize automation frameworks used across large assessment platforms. This role is ideal for someone who wants to growth in their technical skills, while contributing to projects that have real national impact.
