We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead testing strategy and QA automation for large-scale FEMA applications, ensuring quality, security, and performance across cloud-hosted systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA planning across multiple systems or programs. Architect automation frameworks and integrate into CI/CD pipelines. Conduct security and performance testing. Define quality metrics and reporting dashboards. Mentor QA teams and lead UAT coordination.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 7 years of relevant work experience. Advanced automation and test architecture skills. Experience with cloud-native test tooling and DevSecOps practices. Knowledge of federal security and compliance requirements.

Education and Certification Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in a related field. Agile or ISTQB preferred.

Clearance Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain Public Trust. Active Public Trust is preferred. FEMA Public Trust is highly preferred.
