POSITION SUMMARY
The Systems Grant Analyst supports the administration, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of federal, state, local, and private grant-funded programs across the healthcare system. This position serves as a key resource for grant compliance, performance measurement, financial tracking, data analysis, operational reporting, and grant management system support. The analyst collaborates with hospital leadership, finance, compliance, clinical operations, workforce development teams, information technology, and external funding agencies to support successful execution of grant-funded initiatives. Key areas may include the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), HRSA grants, CMS initiatives, workforce development programs, rural health projects, and other strategic healthcare transformation efforts.

Minimum Education - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Minimum Experience
- Minimum three years of experience in grant administration, healthcare analytics, compliance, finance, project management, data reporting, or a related field.
- Experience working with healthcare funding programs, government grants, or regulated healthcare environments preferred.
- Experience supporting federal programs such as CMS, HRSA, HHS, CDC, USDA, or state-funded initiatives preferred. Required Registration/License/Certification

- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting rural health, workforce development, graduate medical education, population health, or healthcare transformation initiatives.
- Experience with the Rural Health Transformation Program, HRSA grants, CMS initiatives, or other federal healthcare funding programs.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Tableau, enterprise resource planning systems, electronic health record reporting, or healthcare analytics platforms. Preferred Registration/License/Certification
- Certified Grants Management Specialist (CGMS), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Research Administrator (CRA), or comparable credential.
Other Requirements Knowledge of grant lifecycle management, internal controls, compliance monitoring, and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of healthcare operations, reimbursement, financial reporting, and performance measurement. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and related reporting tools. Strong analytical, financial, data-validation, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to interpret statutes, regulations, grant guidance, award terms, and contractual requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive-level summaries. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, projects, and stakeholders with attention to detail. Ability to protect confidential, proprietary, financial, and patient-related information in accordance with applicable policies and laws.
