Role Description ABT, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer/Analyst to support the Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Battle Command System (IBCS) at the Government Systems Integration Lab (GSIL) on the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama . The selected candidate will be utilizing end-to-end modeling and simulation techniques for the Air and Missile Defense systems, conducting data analyses, and evaluating software performance. Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in systems integration, testing, and analysis.
- Must be proactive, a self-starter, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with the ability to tailor responses for various audiences and create clear, concise reports and materials.
- Proficiency in analyzing technical information and formulating logical solutions within designated timelines.
- Active security clearance, or the ability to obtain one. Desired Skills
- Experience with IBCS, Patriot, LTAMDS, Sentinel, or other Army Air and Missile Defense Systems and their components.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with analyzing Command and Control (C2) systems.
- Experience with Python, MATLAB, or other programming languages
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
