Provide knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams following project implementation. Deploy and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and related equipment. Implement security controls involving identity, MFA, endpoint protection, encryption, DNS security, and related technologies as part of customer projects and onboardings. Implement and support backup and disaster recovery solutions for both cloud and on-premises environments. Assist with complex technical escalations when specialized project-level expertise is required. Meet established performance expectations for productivity, project completion, budget adherence, documentation, and overall project delivery. What Do We Need? Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. A strong focus on customer service and client communication. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects. Strong time-management and organizational skills , with the ability to prioritize competing work and keep projects moving. Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when project requirements call for it, including major infrastructure migrations, cutovers, and other work that must be completed with minimal disruption to client operations. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 , including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Purview. Experience deploying and managing modern Windows environments using Intune and Autopilot . We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a project, understand the business reason behind the work, think through technical risks before they become problems, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You should care about finishing projects correctly, not simply completing the installation. That means validating that the solution works as intended, documenting what was implemented, accurately recording the work performed, transferring knowledge to the people who will support it, and leaving the client and our internal teams in a better position than when the project started.
