Fulfillment Management Associate
Job Description
Client Order and key activation and delivery tools, in accordance with customer agreements and 3DS policies and rules established by Business Administration. Manage cloud environment and other service access deployments and modifications. Manage Non-Technical Service Requests (NTSRs) by prioritizing and dispatching requests, analyzing issues through reproduction, and following up on escalations until resolution is delivered. Act as an expert on license key processes, both on-premise and Cloud, as well as DSx.
Client Care and key activation and delivery tools. Conduct internal and external audits on Fulfillment Management activity. Monitor and scale Fulfillment Management activities by delegating to Shared Service Centers through training and scope expansion. Increase transaction automation by leveraging new technologies such as RPA and AI. Define and transform Fulfillment Management processes and tools through IDEAs, process improvements, policy improvements, and simplification. Contribute to related tool transformation through testing, including UATs. Capitalize on and share knowledge and know-how, while training and supporting Sales Transaction Support and Partners both individually and collectively. Compensation & Benefits Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $24 and $28 per hour.
