System Analyst II
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client in Rancho Cucamonga, CA that is seeking a System Analyst II to support and enhance enterprise business systems, applications, and integrations.Summary:
This role will partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to analyze business processes, improve system performance, generate reporting insights, and lead technology improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization and play a key role in driving business process and technology improvements while working toward a permanent position.Responsibilities:
- Analyze, support, and improve business systems and applications
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Create reports and provide data-driven insights to leadership
- Support system integrations and data integrity initiatives
- Participate in software implementation and modernization projects
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
- Troubleshoot application issues and identify process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations
REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience supporting business systems, applications, or ERP platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with reporting, data analysis, and process improvement
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with system integrations or software implementations is a plus
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience working with business and finance teams
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge
- SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) understanding Experience with:
- Systems Analysis and Business Process Analysis
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation
- Application Support and Troubleshooting
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- SQL and Database Querying
- ERP or Enterprise Application Support
- Process Improvement and Optimization
- User Story and Functional Requirements Creation

- Data Validation and Data Integrity Management
- Project Coordination and Project Lifecycle Support
- Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving
Microsoft Excel and Reporting Tools Additional Information:
