Job Description
- Configure enterprise systems including workflows, rules, tables, and logic
- Translate business requirements into technical configuration specifications
- Execute system changes, enhancements, and optimizations end to end
- Develop and execute test cases for new configurations and updates
- Troubleshoot configuration issues, data discrepancies, and reporting defects
- Support reporting needs using SQL, Excel, and system reporting tools

- HSP Experience (Health Solutions Plus)
- Hands on experience configuring enterprise systems without developer involvement
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical configuration
- Experience with system testing including unit, integration, and regression testing
- Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools
- Strong Excel skills required
- Experience supporting healthcare systems
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Crystal Reports (2013+) experience
- Azure DevOps exposure
- API integrations, data mapping, or middleware familiarity
- Agile or iterative delivery environments
- Power BI or similar reporting tools
