This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience with mobile devices, laptops, and IT tools in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities Reset and wipe iPhones to prepare them for redeploymentUse tools such as Intune, Apple Business Manager, and iTunes to manage and configure mobile devicesAssist with inventory management and reassignment of company phonesReimage new laptops and prepare them for deployment to employeesProvide general support to the IT team as needed
