Role:
We are seeking a GFEBS Analyst / Work Management Specialist to provide critical Engineering Systems support for the Business Operations Support Services contract at Fort Benning, GA. In this role, you will be embedded within the Business Operations and Integration Division (BOID). You will serve as a core data entry and systems analyst tracking Annual Work Plans (AWP), execution data, and installation-specific metrics.
This position acts as the vital link between daily military work order generation, sustainment funding (SAG132) analysis, and broader Army Enterprise Architecture databases.
Key Responsibilities:
GFEBS Work Order Analysis:
Conduct daily reviews of demand maintenance orders (DMO), project work orders (PWO), and preventative maintenance orders (PMO) in GFEBS to ensure cost accuracy and timely closure.
Project Execution Entry:
Process validated DA4283 requests by creating projects in cProjects, transferring approved requests into the GFEBS Project System, and updating/closing out completed lines.
Sustainment Funding Support:
Track maintenance data entry impacts on SAG132 sustainment funding. Extract and research GFEBS financial data using the SQ00 query tool and execute necessary entry corrections (E80, AS02, ABSO, AB08, etc.).
Cross-System Data Coordination:
Manage spatial data inside the Enterprise Pro-Active Real Property Interactive Space Management System (ePRISMS). Collaborate with Master Planning to update Installed Building Equipment (IBE) and facility floorplans within the
BUILDER SMS
database.
Leadership Reporting:
Compile historical cost summaries and generate execution reports comparing Management Decision Packages (MDEPs like
QDEM, QDEH, QUTS, QRPA
) against total Sub-Activity Group values.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
Security & Access:
Must be a US Citizen capable of passing a government background screening (SF85P/e-QIP) to obtain a Department of Defense Common Access Card (CAC) and network access.
Systems Training Mandate:
Must possess, or be fully capable of acquiring, the following official GFEBS user roles within six (6) months of hire:
GR Processor, Order Approver, Order Maintainer, Permit Approver Plant Maintainer, Master Data Maintainer, Plant Maintenance Reporter Preventative Maintenance Controller, Work Notification Processor Technical Skills:
Experience manipulating complex financial spreadsheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and executing standard
SAP/GFEBS
Transaction Codes (T-Codes).
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting an Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) or BOID branch. Familiarity with military construction tracking, the Facility Sustainment Model (FSM), or HQIIS tracking. Active GFEBS roles listed above upon contract award.
