Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Knowledge of product configuration, Bills of Material, specifications, and engineering data management processes. Experience with Product Data Management systems and workflow tools. Understanding of engineering change management processes. Experience creating, maintaining, or auditing product structures and configuration data. Experience troubleshooting configuration issues affecting product builds. Experience implementing engineering requirements and product changes within enterprise systems. Preferred Skills Experience with SAP. Experience with PTC Windchill. Experience with Creo Parametric. Experience with iPPE. Knowledge of variant configuration. Familiarity with cProjects, PPM, or related workflow management tools. Agricultural product knowledge. Experience supporting process improvement initiatives. Experience working with global product data or configuration systems. Job Responsibilities Create, maintain, and audit product structures, configuration rules, and related engineering data. Implement engineering requirements, standards, and product changes within SAP, Windchill, iPPE, and related systems. Support product configuration throughout the product lifecycle. Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues impacting product builds. Support engineering change management processes and approval workflows. Maintain configuration data accuracy and integrity across product platforms. Gather and implement product requirements from Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Parts & Service teams. Support Bills of Material, specifications, and product data management activities. Provide training and guidance on configuration tools, processes, and standards. Support data quality and process improvement initiatives. Participate in global product configuration and lifecycle management activities.
