The company fosters a collaborative, family-oriented culture where employees are empowered to grow their careers while contributing to meaningful projects that strengthen communities and industries The team is seeking a qualified Project Cost Analyst to support an upcoming construction project in Hobart, IN. The Project Cost Analyst Position The Project Cost Analyst works closely with Construction Project Managers and the accounting team to ensure project financials and billing are processed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include processing and reconciling materials billing, managing purchase orders and vendor communications, tracking deliveries, forecasting project costs, and maintaining billing records. The Project Cost Analyst may also provide jobsite administrative support, including organizing supplies and assisting project teams, visitors, and other project partners as needed. Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Project Cost Analyst Position 3-5 years of experience in accounting, billing, or AP/AR Prior experience in a Construction and/or Mechanical Contracting environment preferred Sound organizational follow-up skills with strong document management skills Attention-to-detail, timeliness, customer service, prompt follow-up and accuracy required Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and accounting software Compensation and Benefits for the Project Cost Analyst Position Goyette Mechanical provides a competitive compensation package that includes a generous salary with bonus potential.
