APIs and integrations between Newgen and enterprise applications. Partner with business analysts, developers, architects, and application teams to translate requirements into technical configurations. Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues and provide production support as needed. Perform testing, validation, documentation, and deployment of configuration changes. Follow healthcare data security, privacy, change-management, and application-support standards. Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Newgen API configuration . Strong experience configuring Newgen platforms/applications in an enterprise environment. Experience with APIs, web services, system integrations, and application configuration. Prior healthcare industry experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Must be local to the client location and able to meet any onsite/hybrid requirements.
