Basic Qualifications

• Credits toward a bachelor's degree in IS/IT or similar, from an accredited institution
• Relevant IT coursework completed successfully
• Basic understanding of algorithms, systems analysis and design, database concepts, and networking concepts
• Must have an expected graduation date in Fall 2027, Spring/Summer of 2028, or Spring/Summer of 2029
• Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater

• Demonstrated strong understanding of algorithms, systems analysis and design, database concepts, and networking concepts
• Prior internship, project, or work experience involving software development, analytics, automation, or business process improvement.

• Work with business groups to gather and document business needs and processes
• Develop enterprise business automation solutions using the toolset of the assigned projects Assist in designing, developing, and supporting business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Work with business teams to perform application testing of configurations, migrations, and customizations
• Operate within Arconic IS standards and conventions and applicable Arconic
