We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in its vital mission of providing high-quality healthcare to our nation's military members and their families. This role requires a strong background in project management, and contract understanding. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to serve as a primary point of contact between MCSC's, Government leadership and developers.. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of our healthcare claims processing and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract & Proposal Analysis:
Review and evaluate daily reports, policy changes as well financial reports to identify any errors and or issues that may result from daily TED processing cycles.. Provide comprehensive data and recommendations to the senior analysts. TRICARE Encounter (Data TED)
System Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the
TED/PEPR
system Responsibilities include: Answering questions from end users. Providing troubleshooting support. Reviewing routine and ad hoc reports. Documenting functional requirements. Schedule, coordinate and host routine meetings with Managed Care Support Contractors (MCSC's)Responsible for monitoring and tracking all open issues from multiple MCSC's Keen attention to detail and able to multitask and prioritize simultaneous projects. o Organize multiple calendars for team projects and strategic meetings
Impact Assessment:
Identify operational impacts within areas of responsibility resulting from organizational transformations and managed care contract transitions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Coordinate with various entities within the agency to solicit input and provide expertise on behalf of relevant stakeholders.
Policy & Procedure Requirements Validation:
Review new and existing policy documents/changes to four DHA manuals to determine any impact they will have to the TED system, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),
Contractual Compliance:
Support contractual and legislative requirements related to healthcare claims processing.
Required Qualifications:
Must be able to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid understanding of computer software:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and identify potential issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate in a timely manner effectively with multi-level government officials and contractor personnel.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, experience level, relevant training, geographic location and licensure and certifications. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on the above factors. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the Aurora, CO area is $54,000 - $64,000.
