Only Video We are looking for a Paycom Benefits Configuration Specialist with hands-on experience in Flex Configuration and supplemental benefit plan setup .
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain supplemental/voluntary benefit plans within Paycom. Perform Flex Configuration for plans such as Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity, and Supplemental Life . Configure plan rules including eligibility, coverage tiers, rates/premiums, enrollment, effective dates, and payroll deductions . Support benefits implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and configuration updates. Collaborate with Benefits, HRIS, Payroll, and implementation teams to ensure accurate plan setup.
Required Skills:
Hands-on Paycom Benefits Administration experience. Strong experience with Paycom Flex Configuration / Plan Configuration . Experience configuring Critical Illness or other supplemental/voluntary benefits . Understanding of benefits enrollment, eligibility, coverage, rates, and payroll deductions. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred:
Experience with Open Enrollment, carrier integrations, and benefits implementation .
