$30/hr Position Overview As a Sales & Service Enablement Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting product commercialization. You will create enablement materials, coordinate product release readiness, facilitate training, and help drive adoption among customer-facing teams. Key Responsibilities Sales & Service Enablement Develop sales presentations, feature guides, FAQs, one-pagers, training materials, and customer documentation. Ensure all enablement content is version-controlled and updated consistently. Product Release Readiness Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Service teams. Develop and execute release communication plans to drive effective rollout. Training & Knowledge Management Create engaging training programs for sales and service teams. Manage and update centralized knowledge repositories for easy access. Communication & Change Management Translate technical product updates into customer-friendly messaging. Support product adoption initiatives and change management efforts. Adoption & Metrics Track training completion and adoption rates across teams. Assist with post-launch reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Prior experience in sales enablement, training development, or product launch coordination preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in creating customer-centric documentation. Ability to collaborate across multiple functions. Comfortable working remotely, aligned to CST or EST time zones. Apply Today!
