W2, 1099, or C2C are acceptable (No 3rd parties, please) Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate future-state design validation sessions for the Navy ERP+ Plan-to-Stock (P2S) transportation workstream. Shape and validate the to-be SAP Transportation Management design within

SAP S/4HANA

based on Navy transportation requirements. Map Navy transportation business needs and future-state processes to standard SAP TM capabilities. Design and validate the future-state connection between Navy SAP TM and the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS). Assess transportation process requirements, integration dependencies, data exchanges, and system touchpoints affecting SAP TM and JTMS. Facilitate design decisions with business, functional, technical, integration, and government stakeholders. Translate workshop outcomes into clear design decisions, requirements, risks, dependencies, action items, and follow-up activities. Partner with P2S functional teams, integration teams, architects, and system owners throughout future-state solution validation. Required Qualifications Demonstrated hands-on SAP Transportation Management design experience in SAP S/4HANA, with emphasis on future-state process design and solution validation. Experience leading and facilitating design sessions that translate business transportation requirements into SAP TM capabilities. Experience designing how SAP TM integrates or exchanges data with external transportation systems; JTMS interface experience is highly relevant. Strong understanding of transportation business processes, integration dependencies, data flows, and functional-to-technical design considerations. Ability to shape to-be designs, challenge assumptions, identify gaps or dependencies, and drive stakeholders toward design decisions. Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills across business and technical audiences. Ability to work effectively in a complex DoD ERP modernization environment. Minimum interim DoD Secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications Prior DoD or federal supply chain and logistics experience. Prior U.S. Navy ERP or Navy transportation/logistics experience. Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). Experience supporting

SAP S/4HANA
