Looking For:
We are looking for a Senior GTM Systems Analyst to help scale and support our GTM operations. This role will own the day to day administration and optimization of our GTM technology stack, serve as a secondary administrator for HubSpot, support reporting and analytics, and provide broader Sales Operations support across the organization, as needed. The ideal candidate is a systems-minded operations generalist who enjoys making technology, data, and processes work better together. This person will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and GTM leadership to ensure our systems are reliable, our data is actionable, and our teams have the tools and operational support they need to execute effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary operational owner for key GTM platforms, including: Gong ZoomInfo Delve Risk LinkedIn Sales Navigator Other sales and GTM technologies as the stack evolves Own user provisioning, permissions, configuration, and ongoing platform administration. Independently troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal stakeholders. Maintain and optimize integrations and data flows across GTM systems. Drive improvements in platform adoption, utilization, and return on investment. Lead assigned evaluations, implementations, and rollouts of new GTM tools. Establish and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, integrations, and administrative procedures. Manage assigned vendor relationships, licenses, renewals, and platform utilization. Serve as a secondary HubSpot administrator and independently manage assigned administrative requests. Manage HubSpot user access, permissions, properties, pipelines, workflows, lists, and other configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve HubSpot issues, escalating complex matters when appropriate. Maintain CRM data quality, governance, and consistency. Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales/Revenue Operations to ensure HubSpot effectively supports processes across the customer lifecycle. Lead testing and quality assurance for assigned system and process changes. Establish and maintain documentation of HubSpot processes, configurations, and governance standards. Build and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards for Sales and GTM stakeholders. Own recurring and ad hoc reporting requests within the role's area of responsibility. Monitor pipeline, activity, conversion, and other GTM performance metrics, identifying trends and areas requiring attention. Validate reporting accuracy and lead the resolution of underlying data issues. Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions and operational requirements into actionable reports and dashboards. Establish and maintain consistent definitions and reporting standards across GTM teams. Identify process gaps, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation, and recommend scalable solutions. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and other teams to deliver GTM operational initiatives. Develop, document, and continuously improve scalable operational processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 8+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Systems, or a related role. HubSpot admin experience Experience with one or more sales technology platforms such as Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools. Strong analytical skills and experience building reports and dashboards. Strong understanding of CRM data structures and data quality principles. Comfortable troubleshooting systems and learning new technology. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Able to manage multiple operational priorities and requests simultaneously. Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills. A process oriented mindset with an interest in automation and continuous improvement.
What We Offer:
