ABOUT THE POSITION
Position Title:
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Position Overview:
As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, you'll help design, configure, and improve ServiceNow solutions that support teams across the organization. In this role, you'll use your expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, andSPM/ITBM
to translate business needs into practical, scalable platform solutions. You'll configure workflows, support integrations, test enhancements, and partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve processes, strengthen the user experience, and align with established platform standards. While this role may involve customization when needed, the focus will be on maximizing ServiceNow's out-of-the-box capabilities whenever possible.Position Type:
Full-Time (40 hours/week). Monday to Friday 8:00AM- 5:00
PM Compensation Range:
$65,000- $90,000/year (Exempt)

Location:
This role offers flexibility in work arrangement and may be performed on-site, hybrid, or remotely, ONLY for residents in NY, NJ, or PA. What you'll do in this role: Implement and configure ServiceNow solutions across key modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, Integration Hub, and workflow automation. Design and deliver scalable platform solutions by translating business requirements into workflows, automations, forms, integrations, dashboards, and reports. Maintain platform quality and performance by monitoring system health, supporting incident resolution, testing changes, and ensuring solutions align with approved standards and governance practices. Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, recommend best-practice solutions, support API-based integrations, and communicate implementation options clearly. Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing by staying current on ServiceNow capabilities, supporting release testing, and helping maintain sustainable implementation practices across the platform team.What success looks like:
Build strong partnerships with business and technology stakeholders to understand needs and recommend practical ServiceNow solutions. Deliver high-quality configurations, workflows, automations, reports, and integrations that support enterprise processes. Balance out-of-the-box ServiceNow functionality with appropriate customization to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform standards. Support testing, troubleshooting, and release readiness to maintain platform quality and reduce disruption to users. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, improve user experience, and strengthen ServiceNow adoption across the organization.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred, or 4-6 years of relevant experience without a degree. Strong ServiceNow implementation experience and module-specific platform knowledge are required. Minimum required certification, Certified Implementation Specialist- IT Service Management (CIS
- ITSM) or equivalent ServiceNow implementation certification.
