Business Systems Analyst Job Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst analyzes business processes, identifies system requirements, and recommends technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support organizational goals. The role collaborates with business users, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement and optimize business systems. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with development, testing, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle. Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and system documentation. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions. Perform gap analysis and recommend system enhancements. Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot business process issues. Train end users and provide ongoing support for implemented solutions. Must have experience in a manufacturing environment, data tools, and working knowledge of ERP systems.

Experience in Sage 100
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
